The importance of a comprehensive understanding of gastric structure for the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases is substantiated. The content of the structural organization of the stomach wall is detailed, including the peculiarities of the mucous membrane, the secretory apparatus (parietal, chief, and mucous cells), and its neuroendocrine regulation. The relationship between morphological components (e.g., gland density) and essential functions, such as the secretion of hydrochloric acid, pepsin, and the protective mucus barrier, is analyzed. The conclusion is made about the high plasticity of the stomach and the need for further research into its adaptive mechanisms.Item type:Документ, Зміни загального діаметру артеріол ясен при тривалій дії комплексу харчових добавок(ПВНЗ «Харківський міжнародний медичний університет», 2024) Олексієнко, В.В.; Білаш, С.М.; Гречка, В.В.У роботі досліджено морфологічні зміни артеріол ясен білих щурів при тривалій дії комплексу харчових добавок (нітрит натрію, глутамат натрію, Ponceau 4R). Встановлено, що вже на початкових етапах експерименту відзначається гіпергідратація аморфної речовини сполучної тканини, що є ознакою початкового запалення. Середній діаметр артеріол на 4 тиждень зменшився на 19,4% (p<0,05) відносно контрольних показників, а у подальші періоди (8–16 тижнів) спостерігалися процеси вазодилятації з достовірним збільшенням діаметра артеріол до 11,2%. Отримані результати підтверджують негативний вплив харчових добавок на мікроциркуляторне русло і підкреслюють необхідність контролю їх поєднаного вживання.
