Анотація
The integration of digital information resources has significantly transformed the teaching of Histology, Cytology, and Embryology in medical universities. Virtual microscopes and scanned histology slides provide students with accessible, high-quality, and standardized learning materials that enhance visualization and understanding of tissue structures. These technologies allow interactive learning, remote access, and more precise analysis compared to traditional glass slides. At the same time, they ensure consistency of teaching materials and support innovative approaches such as virtual laboratories. Despite challenges such as technological limitations and the risk of reduced practical skills, virtual microscopy has proven to be an effective and promising tool for modern medical education.
